Sana’a Calls on Islah to Hand over Marib City Peacefully
Deputy Foreign Minister in Sana’a Salvation Government’s, Hussein Al-Ezzi, called on the Yemeni Islah Party to take a courageous decision to hand over the city of Marib and launch a positive phase to end the occupation.
“If our opponents decide to hand over the city peacefully, this decision will be a courageous and wise decision, and it will undoubtedly be the subject of our great appreciation and respect,” said Al-Ezzi, on his Twitter account on Saturday.
He continued, saying: “It is important for this to happen so that together we launch a positive phase, in which everyone avoids further destruction and bloodshed, and we work together in it for peace and to end war and occupation.”
Al-Ezzi had confirmed, earlier, Sanaa’s rejection of all international pressure aimed at protecting terrorism in Marib.
