Sana’a Reveals New Information about Al-Qaeda in Marib
The Interior Ministry spokesman, Brigadier General Abdulkhaleq Al-Ajri, said that the Ministry’s intelligence services have many honorable men from inside the Saudi-led coalition forces in Marib province to reveal the coalition’s movements.
Brigadier General Al-Ajri explained that Al-Qaeda leaders in Aden province had been communicating with Al-Qaeda leaders in Marib since earlier, with the aim of tightening the control of the Al-Qaeda over Marib.
The spokesman stated that there are more than 85 members and leaders of Al-Qaeda who have an open connection to the outside, and they were included in the ranks of the coalition during the previous stages.
He said that “the relationship of this organization (Al-Qaeda) with the United States is no longer a secret.”
