was agreed to hold a new round after Eid al-Fitr al-Mubarak
On Saturday, the “President of the Supreme Political Council” in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, described the recent negotiations that Sana’a held with Riyadh, under Omani mediation, as positive on several points.
During his meeting with the political and military leaders of Sana’a, the Mashat revealed that “it was agreed to hold a new round after Eid al-Fitr al-Mubarak due to the nature of the issues discussed.”
And the president of the Sana’a Political Council warned the countries of the Saudi coalition in the event that they did not incline to peace, saying: “Yemen’s hand is the longest and strongest if the aggression coalition and behind it America thinks of resuming military confrontations and obstructing peace steps.”
He pointed out “the importance of extracting all the rights of the Yemeni people and that the aggression coalition must bear responsibility for everything that resulted from the aggression and siege.”
Al-Mashat added: “The sacrifices made by the Yemeni people are conducive to achieving victory either through peace and meeting the Yemeni people’s just demands or through the military field, in which Yemen has proved itself capable of confrontation and victory.”
