Sana’a and Riyadh successfully concluded a new deal
On Wednesday, reliable sources announced that a deal to swap corpses between Sana’a and Saudi Arabia had been successful. This news coincided with the presence of Major General Yahya Al-Ruzami, head of the Sana’a-affiliated military committee, and his team in Saudi Arabia.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The agreement was reached following weeks-long direct discussions between Sana’a and Riyadh. The first agreement stipulates, according to the sources, a total of 62 corpses swapped between the two sides: 56 of the Sana’a forces’ members and 6 from Saudi forces.
There are other procedures and negotiations being worked on to be finalized in the coming days, according to the specialist field committees in charge of corpse exchange agreements between the two sides, which indicate that several successful corpse exchange operations have been carried out in the past.
