Al-Qassam Brigades: Our forces continue to destroy enemy mechanisms infiltrating Gaza
The Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Sunday evening that their fighters were engaged in fierce clashes using machine guns and anti-tank weapons with the forces of the Israeli occupation entity penetrating northwest Gaza.

The brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), stated that they continue to target enemy vehicles penetrating northwest Gaza with heavy-caliber mortar shells.
They reported that the Israeli position of Erez had been razed by mortar and rocket fire to cut off reinforcements to the burning vehicles in its vicinity.
A statement from the brigades revealed that their fighters targeted two tanks of the infiltrating forces in the northwestern part of Gaza, causing them to catch fire.
The Israeli occupation army spoke of attacking resistance fighters near the Erez crossing who emerged from a tunnel opening, leading to a battle that resulted in the killing and injury of individuals.
The Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed “the ignition of a number of targeted vehicles west of the Erez site and the elimination of several soldiers inside.”
The brigades shelled Israeli gatherings in the Nahal Oz kibbutz with mortar shells and targeted the Re’im military base with a rocket barrage.
They also launched mortar shells at the Israeli vehicles that infiltrated the northwestern part of Gaza, stating that they ambushed the infiltrating forces in the northwestern area of Beit Lahia after they breached their lines and engaged with Israeli occupation forces.
