Abu Ubeida declared, “We destroyed a tank battalion and killed and wounded a number of enemy soldiers,” underscoring the ongoing to counter of the occupying forces in the incursion axes.
He talked about how the Israeli occupation army’s defenses were breached by the Mujahideens, allowing them to launch a point-zero offensive. He said that two troop carriers and six tanks were destroyed in the counteroffensive that took place in the northwestern axis of Gaza City on Wednesday evening.
Abu Ubeida also mentioned that six tanks, two troop carriers, and a bulldozer were destroyed, and they targeted soldiers holed up inside a building with a “TBG” shell.
He stated that the number of Israeli soldiers killed is much higher than the announced figure and that the “Al-Namer” armored troop carrier failed in its first test against the Qassam Brigades’ shells.
He said, “We will make Gaza the historical curse of the Zionist entity… Our pain over the death and martyrdom of thousands of our people will fortify us and give us more ferocity and bravery to make the enemy pay the price.”
In a statement following Abu Ubaida’s speech, it was stated that the Al-Qassam Brigades carried out a counter-offensive on Thursday in the northwestern axis of Gaza City, where dozens of resistance fighters clashed with an Israeli armored force and attacked it with various weapons.
