Brigadier General Bin Amer: Israelis and its allies didn’t expect what Yemen has done

Deputy Director of the Moral Guidance Department in Sana’a, Brigadier General Abdullah Bin Amer, stated that it is natural for there to be Israeli threats and military movements because the Israelis, Americans, and British did not expect Yemen, at this stage, to take such a decisive decision to support Gaza and Palestine and to possess the full will and appropriate tools to enforce what it desires.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Brigadier General Bin Amer pointed out the repercussions of Yemen’s decision to prohibit Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, especially on the Israeli economic side, pointing to the statement of the Director of Eilat Port that almost no ships are visiting the port, and media reports indicate that the port intends to lay off workers and close its gates due to the lack of activity.

Bin Amer clarified that several Israeli companies have decided to redirect their ships’ routes, and undoubtedly, the losses are significant. There are direct consequences on the Israeli economy, trade movement, import and export, and prices of goods, which have increased due to delayed arrival, not to mention the increase in insurance and sea freight several folds.
