There were reports of sirens being heard in the settlements of Ashkelon and Ashdod in the area near the Gaza Strip, according to the Hebrew daily “Israel Hayom.” This comes in light of the continuous strikes by Palestinian factions with missiles and missile barrages on that area, including the city of Tel Aviv, in the northern part of the Strip.
In response to the Zionist massacres against civilians, the Al-Qassam Brigades announced the targeting of Tel Aviv with a missile barrage. A bombardment of the occupied city of Ashkelon by missiles also caused injuries to several settlers, according to the Israeli occupation ambulance.
Today, the Israeli occupation army opened an investigation into the failure of the “Iron Dome” defense system to intercept rockets heading towards Tel Aviv from the Gaza Strip.
