America withdraws two battleships from the Red Sea after failing to protect Israeli ships

The USS Baton and USS Carter Hall, two-thirds of the ready amphibious group (ARG) of the Baton group, have departed the Red Sea northward via the Suez Canal, and it is unknown whether they will be stationed in the Mediterranean Sea.

Follow up – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The ships carried a group of approximately 100 Marines who were trained to serve as maritime security teams for commercial ships, according to “The Maritime Executive” website.

The US announced the formation of an international alliance called the Guardian of Prosperity to protect Israeli ships, but several countries have announced their withdrawal.
