Supporters of Israel demand that Yemen halt Red Sea operations

The US, along with Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the UK, issued an escalatory statement regarding Yemeni operations against Israeli ships in the Red Sea.

Follow ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The statement carried a threatening tone towards Yemeni operations in support of Palestinians, saying that Yemen must bear the consequences of these operations.

The statement surprisingly invoked international law, claiming that Yemeni operations are not legal and pose threats to freedom of navigation.

The statement’s authors still claim to adhere to the rules-based international order, despite their support for the largest acts of genocide committed by the Israeli enemy in the Gaza Strip and the deadly siege on over 2.2 million citizens in the Strip.

The war in Gaza enters its fourth month, and reports confirm that over 90% of Palestinians spend consecutive 24-hour periods without a bite of food, and 50% are at risk of severe famine.

Sana’a affirmed on Wednesday that its position is steadfast and ongoing, and it will continue its operations until Gaza receives its needed food and medicine. It also emphasized that any attack will not go unanswered, warning against any measures to protect ships heading to occupied Palestine.
