Euro-Med Monitor revealed the war of extermination

The Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor revealed, in an indefinitive tally, the martyrdom of 2122 elderly males and females during 330 days of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, approximately 2% of the total number of elderly in the Gaza Strip of 107 thousand elderly, and nearly 4% of the total Palestinian martyrs in Gaza since the seventh of last October.

In a press statement, Euro-Med Monitor stressed that these crimes, which have been repeated hundreds of times, have no justifications, especially at a time when this vulnerable category of civilians is facing double suffering after Israel turned them into legitimate targets since the start of its large-scale attack on the Gaza Strip.

The Observatory explained that the majority of these elderly people were killed under the rubble of their homes or shelters, where they sought refuge after Israeli planes bombed them on their heads or during their forced movement to meet their basic needs in the streets and markets, while what is dangerous is that dozens of them were directly targeted through liquidations and field executions.
