Dozens killed and wounded in Israeli shelling in northern Gaza


29 Palestinians, including children, were killed and others were injured in 5 new massacres in the northern Gaza Strip yesterday, including shelling of civilian gatherings and targeting a house in Gaza City and a school housing displaced people in Beit Hanoun.

According to a medical source at Kamal Adwan Hospital, “7 martyrs and wounded were killed and wounded as a result of artillery shelling targeting the displaced inside a school in the vicinity of Birkat Abu Rashid in Jabalya camp.”

Witnesses said Israeli forces penetrating the camp forced displaced people trapped at the UNRWA Karizim school to gather and leave.

The witnesses added that “Israeli artillery fired a shell at them after they gathered, killing at least 7 of them and wounding dozens.”

Six Palestinians, including children, were killed and others were wounded in a strike targeting a gathering of civilians trying to fill drinking water in the town of Jabalya, Palestinian medics told.

In Jabalya refugee camp, 4 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli drone strike on a group of people in the vicinity of the Happy Yemen Hospital.
