Images of missiles chasing US and British fighter jets in the skies over Yemen

On Wednesday, Yemen thwarted a new aggression on the capital, Sana’a.

Clips and photos circulated by activists on social media platforms showed footage of air defense missiles chasing American and British aircraft during their flight over the capital.

The photos show terrifying moments of attempts by American and British fighters to flee the missile, with only a few meters separating them.

Among these attempts was the launch of thermal balloons to no avail.

This is the first time when the residents of Sana’a have witnessed the scale of the aerial battle and the Yemeni capabilities in repelling the air attacks.

Britain had previously announced its participation in a new aggression on Sana’a.

Although the two allies carried out several random air strikes, the chase revealed that the mission was not accomplished, especially with the British Defense talking about the safe return of its aircraft, indicating that it faced strong difficulties.
