British Prime Minister: What is happening in Gaza is a humanitarian disaster that is “completely unjustifiable

The British Prime Minister said in an article published today in the Daily Mirror that depriving children and infants of humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip is “completely unjustifiable,” stressing that the British people are deeply upset by what has been happening in the Strip since the war began.

The Prime Minister explained that the images of hunger and despair coming from Gaza are “absolutely appalling” and reflect the scale of the worsening humanitarian tragedy, calling for immediate action to end this suffering.

He strongly criticized the Israeli military escalation, describing it as “disproportionate and unjustifiable,” noting that the ongoing violence has exacerbated the humanitarian catastrophe and caused inexcusable destruction.

He concluded his article by stressing that “what is happening in the Gaza Strip is a humanitarian catastrophe that must end now,” calling on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities, work to stop the war, and ensure immediate and unhindered access for aid to civilians.
