Al-Aqsa Flood… Two years of genocide in Gaza and the exposure of the falsity of international justice

On the second anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, the scenes of massacres in the Gaza Strip are renewed, and the failure of the international system to stop the genocide being committed against the Palestinian people is increasingly exposed.

Since October 7, 2023, the Zionist killing machine has not stopped targeting civilians; instead, its pace has escalated to reach unprecedented levels of brutality, starvation, and destruction.

Damning Numbers, Documented Crimes:

As of October 7, 2025, the number of victims in the Gaza Strip has reached approximately a quarter of a million Palestinians, including martyrs, wounded, and missing. More than 68,200 people have been martyred, including tens of thousands of children and women, while the number of wounded has exceeded 178,800, many of whom suffer from permanent disabilities or critical injuries. Thousands of missing persons remain under the rubble, amidst the inability of rescue teams, which in turn were subjected to direct bombing.

The occupation deliberately killed fetuses in their mothers’ wombs, targeted shelters, hospitals, and schools, and imposed a suffocating siege that led to a real famine, in which 459 people have died due to hunger and malnutrition, including 154 children, while more than 17,000 children suffer from acute malnutrition.

Hospitals have gone out of service, and potable water doesn’t exceed six liters per person per day, amidst a complete collapse of infrastructure.

International Justice, Decisions Without Implementation:

Despite the issuance of arrest warrants for occupation leaders by the International Criminal Court, they have not been held accountable. The US used its influence to protect them, threatened the Court with sanctions, and thwarted all attempts to implement its decisions. This American complicity has revealed that international justice is merely a political tool used against the weak and disrupted in front of the strong.

The American Veto, a Weapon to Disrupt Global Consensus:

On multiple occasions, countries of the world attempted to pass resolutions in the Security Council to stop the aggression, but the American veto was ever-present, preventing any condemnation or concrete action. This behavior not only protected the occupation but also legitimized its crimes and proved that the international system is completely subject to the will of Washington, no matter the extent of global consensus condemning the massacres.

Yemen, A Humanitarian Stance Paid For:

Amid this moral collapse, Yemen emerged as a pure voice in a world tainted by interests. It didn’t suffice with condemnation; instead, it imposed a naval blockade on the entity, prevented ships associated with it from entering its waters, and participated in military operations in support of Gaza.

Yemen proved that it does not act based on political calculations but rather from purely humanitarian principles, making it the only country in the world that has truly stood alongside human rights, not with slogans but with action. The Yemeni people have paid a heavy price for this stance in their blood, and it has impacted their livelihood and economy.

Latin America, Honorable Stances in a Time of Fall:

Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, Chile, Cuba, and Brazil took clear stances against the aggression on Gaza, and some of them have withdrawn ambassadors from the entity and participated in international campaigns demanding an end to the massacres. These stances, despite their geographical distance, were closer to Gaza than the positions of some Arab states that chose the path of normalization.

Arab Normalizing Countries: From Silent to Supporting Criminals:

Some Arab regimes were not content with silence; they went beyond it to direct support for the criminals. They lifted the blockade imposed by Yemen, opened their airspace and ports, and participated in supplying the entity with money, food, and weapons.

This complicity represented a moral downfall and exposed the falsity of the slogans these regimes have long raised about Palestine and Al-Quds.

On the Second Anniversary, Gaza Still Resists, and the World Is Still Colluding:

The Al-Aqsa Flood was a pivotal moment that revealed the truth of positions and brought down the masks. Today, Gaza confronts not only the occupation but also an impotent international system, a complicit global community, and an Arab nation divided between the silent and the conspirator.

In this scene, Yemen, Colombia, and Venezuela remain bright signs in a time of darkness.
