Gaza Health Ministry: 3 martyrs and 10 injuries in 48 hours

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received three bodies in the past 48 hours, including one newly identified fatality and two bodies recovered from the rubble, in addition to 10 injuries. The Ministry confirmed that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them.

The Ministry explained that since the ceasefire on October 11, the total number of fatalities has reached 415, while the total number of injuries has reached 1,152, and the total number of bodies recovered has reached 682.

The Ministry indicated that the cumulative statistics since the beginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023, show that the number of fatalities has risen to 71,269, and the number of injuries to 171,232.

The Ministry also announced the death of a man and a four-year-old girl as a result of a building collapse caused by the storm, bringing the total number of victims whose bodies have been taken to hospitals due to building collapses caused by the storm to 19.
