Gaza Health Ministry announces the death of 4 children due to extreme cold since the start of winter

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza published its daily statistical report on Sunday regarding the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
In a statement released on its official Telegram channel, the Ministry said that the total number of those admitted to Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 48 hours, due to the Israeli occupation’s aggression, reached 3 martyrs and 9 wounded.
It also noted the death of a two-month-old baby girl due to the extreme cold, bringing the total number of infant deaths from the cold since the beginning of winter to 4.
The Ministry announced that the cumulative death toll since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, has risen to 71,412 martyrs and 171,314 wounded.
It further reported that the number of victims of Israeli violations since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 442 martyrs, 1,236 wounded, and 688 martyrs whose bodies have been recovered.
She reiterated that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them until this moment.
