Gaza:133 days of violations | - dailyyemen

Israeli occupation forces continue their violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip for the 133rd consecutive day, through shelling, gunfire, and expanding their firing range, in an escalating pattern that undermines the essence of the agreement that came into effect on October 10, 2015.

A medical source confirmed the arrival of the body of Osama Ahmed Abdel Aziz al-Najjar (46 years old) after he was killed by an Israeli drone strike in the Qizan al-Najjar area, south of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

The young man, Majed Abu al-Awf, was also killed after being targeted by a bomb dropped from an Israeli drone in the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

The citizen, Suad al-Haddad (23 years old), was shot in the neck by Israeli occupation forces near the Latin Church, east of Gaza City.

In a related incident, local sources reported that three Palestinians were wounded by Israeli occupation forces east of Gaza City.

Our correspondent reported that Israeli military vehicles opened fire on Saturday morning east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip and towards the northern areas of Gaza City, while artillery shelled the Tuffah neighborhood northeast of the city.

Israeli warplanes also launched a second airstrike east of Khan Younis, while naval vessels opened heavy fire in the sea off the city. On Friday evening, the Israeli army carried out a demolition operation east of Gaza City.

According to the daily documented report, cumulative data up to day 131 of the ceasefire agreement shows that Israeli forces have committed 1,786 violations, averaging 13.6 violations per day. These include 816 shelling incidents, 643 shooting incidents, 243 house demolitions, and 84 ground incursions.

The number of martyrs since the agreement came into effect has reached 638, including 303 children, women, and the elderly (47.4%), while the number of wounded has risen to 1,633, with children, women, and the elderly comprising 56.2% of them.

The violations are not limited to the military aspect. The report also notes the continued obstruction of humanitarian aid and fuel deliveries, contrary to the humanitarian protocol attached to the agreement. Only 43.3% of the agreed-upon trucks have actually entered, while the amount of fuel delivered has not exceeded 15%, indicating a deliberate obstruction of the resumption of essential services and infrastructure.

Violations also continue at the Rafah crossing, through the reduction of the number of travelers and the imposition of strict restrictions on movement. According to cumulative data, compliance with the agreement has not exceeded 39.2% of the expected number of travelers.

The agreement ended the war of extermination that began on October 7, 2013, which resulted in more than 71,000 martyrs and over 171,000 wounded, most of whom were children and women.

The continuation of daily violations, 133 days after the ceasefire, reflects a systematic approach that is rendering the agreement ineffective and raises serious questions about the viability of international guarantees in the absence of effective enforcement mechanisms.
