American-Western alert in the Red Sea amid Israeli fears of the “Houthis” joining


The Red Sea witnessed American-Western movements on Thursday amid escalating Israeli fears of Yemen entering the line of confrontation with Iran.

Navigation tracking websites showed intense activity by American surveillance aircraft off the Egyptian coasts on the Red Sea.

The aerial activity coincided with European countries announcing the dispatch of reinforcements to secure the passage of ships in the Red Sea.

The Union’s Political Affairs Coordinator, “Kaya Kallas,” stated that member states would reinforce their forces to keep the Red Sea open for international navigation.

The American-European movements in the Red Sea come on the eve of the occupation’s revelation its fears of Yemen’s involvement in the current confrontations.

Israel’s Broadcasting Authority quoted the occupying army as saying its eyes are open on Yemen in anticipation of an attack from it.

Yemen has not yet officially announced its entry into the line of regional confrontations, despite Hebrew reports of attacks being recorded from the Red Sea.

Ansar Allah leader Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi has affirmed support for Iran in his latest speeches and is standing with it while the capital, Sana’a, and other governorates prepare for new demonstrations in solidarity with Lebanon and Iran.

Yemen’s involvement is expected, but according to the calculations of the leadership in Sana’a and its assessment of the current situation.
