Massacre in Tehran: Approximately 40 martyrs in a bombing targeting residential buildings in Resalat Square

Approximately 40 citizens were martyred and others were injured as a result of a Zionist-American bombing targeting several residential buildings in Resalat Square in the Iranian capital, Tehran.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The Tasnim news agency reported that the attack targeted densely populated residential areas, leading to a large number of civilian casualties and the destruction of parts of residential buildings in the area, while rescue and ambulance teams rushed to the bombing site to retrieve victims and treat the wounded.

Reports indicated that violent explosions shook the area and caused extensive damage to nearby buildings and properties as emergency teams work to clear rubble and search for survivors or missing persons under the debris.

This bombing comes amid the ongoing military escalation between Iran, on one side, and the US and Israel, on the other, amidst warnings of the confrontation expanding in the region and increasing human and material losses.

The Iranian capital is in a state of security alert following the attack while investigations continue to precisely determine the extent of damage and casualties, at a time when Iranian entities are denouncing the attack that targeted civilians in residential neighborhoods.
