A capability rivaling an American bomb… Hezbollah’s new drones trouble the occupation in Southern Lebanon

The Israeli occupation expressed escalating concern for its soldiers on Tuesday following Hezbollah’s introduction of new drones into the confrontation.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Hebrew media outlets circulated news of the killing of an American armored bulldozer driver by a drone in a state of astonishment and shock. Those outlets merely described the attack on the bulldozer—considered one of the strongest and most prominent defensive lines of the occupation forces during their field incursions—as an “FPV” drone, the American description for one-way drones.

These developments come on the eve of Lebanese platforms and media outlets circulating video clips of massive explosions carried out by Hezbollah drones.

The most prominent of these scenes was the targeting of a “hangar” in southern Lebanon after Israeli soldiers fled to take shelter inside it. The footage shows an unprecedented explosion of the booby-trapped drone, with the bodies of soldiers seen flying through the air as if a heavy American bomb had hit the building.

These shifts indicate that Hezbollah has introduced new drones, which the Israeli Broadcasting Authority, affiliated with the occupation army, had previously alluded to. The Authority quoted Israeli military officials expressing their concerns about the use of these drones, developed with “fiberglass.”

Hezbollah had previously promised a return to the offensive operations of the 1980s, in which it used fighters. The development of Hezbollah’s tactics coincides with its preference for confrontation with the occupation over direct negotiations or disarmament, which indicates that the party is fighting comfortably this time and has managed to lure the occupation into a war of attrition on its own territory.
