Hamas: Targeting the vicinity of a hospital in Gaza is a continuation of ceasefire violations

The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, confirmed on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army’s airstrike on the vicinity of the Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in northern Gaza, which resulted in the martyrdom of four Palestinians and the injury of others, represents a continuation of the occupation’s crimes against civilians, a dangerous escalation, and a violation of the ceasefire agreement.

In a press statement, the movement explained that this crime is part of a series of ongoing daily attacks against the residents of the Gaza Strip, including the bombing of homes and residential neighborhoods and the targeting of civilians, despite the declared truce.

Hamas pointed out that the continuation of these violations coincides with the mediators’ efforts to reach mechanisms for implementing the agreement’s phases, considering this a reflection of the occupation government’s failure to adhere to the terms of the understandings and its reneging on its commitments.
