New injuries to the occupation army during a clash with Hezbollah in southern Lebanon

The Israeli occupation army announced on Saturday that one of its officers was injured in an ambush by the Lebanese resistance on Friday evening in southern Lebanon, while Hebrew media spoke of more than one injury among the soldiers.

The occupation army radio reported that the officer was injured following a clash with Hezbollah fighters, after a force from Hezbollah confronted an Israeli “Egoz” unit while attempting to infiltrate the Ali al-Tahir area in southern Lebanon.

Hebrew media indicated that a number of wounded soldiers were transferred to “Rambam” hospital following the clash, without officially disclosing the casualty toll.

The occupation army continues its operations of demolishing and burning homes in southern Lebanese villages despite the ceasefire agreement sponsored by America between it and the Lebanese authority, while the Lebanese resistance continues to confront its violations and foil its attempts at expansion and extension.
