Yemeni armed forces announce targeting a Saudi ship in the Gulf of Aden
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Yemeni Armed Forces announced that they have managed to target the Saudi oil ship “Daisy” in the Gulf of Aden with a ballistic missile, confirming that the operation successfully achieved its goal, resulting in the ship being hit and forced to turn back.
According to the statement published by the spokesman for the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, this targeting came “within the framework of imposing the naval navigation ban on the Saudi enemy and consolidating the ongoing siege-for-siege equation since the start of the naval blockade on July 22.”
In the same context, the Yemeni Armed Forces affirmed that they are very carefully monitoring all movements of Saudi oil ships, stressing that they will not allow any Saudi ship to pass, whether through the southern Red Sea, its north, or the Gulf of Aden, and will not retreat until the just demands of the Yemeni people are met and the siege on them is lifted, regardless of the results and repercussions.
