A new attack in Marib… What is the scale of losses incurred by Saudi forces?

Media outlets affiliated with the Saudi regime circulated news today about a new attack launched by the Yemeni Armed Forces on coalition forces’ positions in Marib governorate, inflicting heavy human and material losses.

Those outlets reported that Sana’a forces launched a new attack with drones and missiles targeting coalition forces’ positions in Marib, resulting in the death and injury of a number of military personnel, and the destruction of weapons warehouses and military equipment.

The sources indicated that the new attack inflicted heavy human and material losses on the Saudi-loyal forces, which Riyadh had been mobilizing over the past months, in addition to warehouses of military equipment and weapons, following the coalition forces’ failure to counter the missiles and drones.

Riyadh had suffered heavy losses in recent days, as military sources confirmed hundreds of casualties in previous missile attacks targeting camps in Marib, the western coast, and Hadramawt.

Yemeni warnings about the consequences of continued Saudi mobilizations have been repeated, as the Yemeni Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Sana’a government affirmed that every time the Saudi regime escalates its steps, it will be met in kind, and that Saudi mobilizations constitute a direct threat to Yemen’s security, safety, and stability.
