What does the latest Israeli aggression say? And how did Sana’a’s air defenses thwart its effects?

On Sunday afternoon, the Yemeni capital Sana’a was subjected to an Israeli attack targeting civilian services and vital facilities in a new escalation that essentially reflects the enemy’s inability to achieve a qualitative military achievement in the face of Yemen’s continued support for Gaza.

Exclusive follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The aggressive Israeli raids focused on an oil company station on 60th Street and the Hazeez power station south of the capital, which shows the failure of the Israeli military establishment to identify real targets inside Yemen and its resort to targeting civilian facilities that have no connection to the military side.

A military source in the Ministry of Defense in Sana’a confirmed that Yemeni air defenses repelled the attack and managed to neutralize most of the attacking aircraft and force them to withdraw, adding that the aggression did not achieve its stated objectives and was a reflection of Israeli military and intelligence confusion.

Politically, the Sana’a government affirmed that the Yemeni support front for Gaza would continue and that the latest aggression would not deter Yemen from continuing its support for Gaza until the Israeli aggression against Gaza ceased, as an irreversible choice.

Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti, a member of the Ansar Allah Political Bureau, said that the Israeli aggression was a desperate attempt to dissuade Yemen from supporting Gaza, stressing that the Yemeni people would continue to support the resistance no matter the sacrifices.

Mohammed Al-Farh, a member of the Political Bureau in Sana’a, explained that the targeting of civilian facilities in Sana’a proves the Israeli enemy’s inability to achieve real objectives and reveals its aggressive nature, which is no different from what it is doing in Gaza in terms of killing civilians and destroying infrastructure.

Observers believe that this aggression is inseparable from the all-out war waged by the Israeli occupation in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, and that its repeated failure in Yemen exposes the limitations of its military and intelligence capabilities and confirms the effectiveness of the deterrence equation imposed by the Sana’a forces.

Immediately after the Israeli aggression, the Islamic Jihad Movement affirmed that the Israeli aggression against Yemen is a war crime committed by the Israeli enemy in direct partnership with the US.

The movement said in a statement that targeting civilian facilities in Yemen with full American encouragement and support represents a new crime added to the criminal record of the Israeli entity and the American administration against the peoples of the region.

The statement added that the Yemeni people and their armed forces will remain a thorn in the side of Israeli illusions in the region and that their firm stance in support of Palestine will continue despite the attacks and threats.

The Islamic Jihad praised the sacrifices and steadfastness of the Yemeni people, affirming that their steadfastness in the face of Israeli aggression is equal to their steadfastness in the face of American barbarism.

For their part, the resistance committees in Palestine condemned the Israeli aggression against Sana’a, praising the heroic response of the Yemeni air defenses, which revealed a major military development in the Yemeni armed forces.

The committees considered that the failure of the Israeli aggression and the forcing of enemy aircraft to leave the airspace using local defense systems exposes the enemy’s impotence and confirms that Yemen is capable of military surprises despite the blockade.

They explained that the Israeli attack on Yemen reveals the extent of the crisis that the entity is experiencing as a result of the continuous Yemeni missile strikes, affirming that Yemen will remain a genuine support for Gaza and its people in the face of the Israeli holocaust.

For its part, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine condemned the US-coordinated Israeli aggression against Yemen, considering it a failed attempt to subjugate Yemen and stop its qualitative operations deep inside the entity.

The Front said that targeting civilians reflects the enemy’s cowardice and treachery and that these attempts will not deter the Yemeni people from defending their land and resources and supporting Gaza until the aggression is lifted and the siege is broken.

It pointed out that the steadfastness and resilience of the Yemenis represent a wall of resistance in the face of aggression, affirming its confidence in their ability to compensate for losses and respond forcefully to continue writing an epic of steadfastness and defiance in the face of all enemies.
