Hebrew Media: Unprecedented crisis in Israeli supply chains due to Yemeni attacks

A report by Channel 12 Hebrew revealed that “Israel” is facing an unprecedented crisis in global supply chains as a result of the Yemeni attacks in the Red Sea and increasing political pressures.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The channel explained, quoting the CEO of the “Tafan” Group for administrative consultations and supply chains, that “Israel” relies on the sea for 70% of its imports and 95% of its exports, expressing her concern about the lack of a strategic treatment at the state level for this crisis.

The global disruption in supply chains is seriously affecting the Israeli economy, which heavily relies on import and export.

The report indicated that the Yemenis are currently considered the biggest threat to Israeli supply chains, especially concerning the automotive, electrical appliances, and fuel sectors.

The channel also quoted an official at an industrial robotics company as saying, “We are witnessing unannounced political interventions that delay or cancel shipments heading to Israel.”

The exacerbation of crises in the supply chains has led to rising prices inside “Israel,” with the risk of a shortage in basic products. The disappearance of some products from store shelves, and even entire brands, has already been observed.
