One martyr and three wounded arrived at hospitals within 48 hours

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Monday that one Palestinian martyr was recovered and transferred to hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 48 hours, in addition to the arrival of three wounded individuals.

The Ministry explained that the total number of martyrs and injuries since the beginning of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, has risen to 71,266 martyrs and 171,222 wounded.

It added that a number of victims remain under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them so far.

The Ministry indicated that since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11, the total number of martyrs from Israeli violations has reached 414, in addition to 1,145 wounded. Furthermore, 680 bodies of those missing under the rubble have been recovered.

It also noted the death of a citizen as a result of a building collapse, bringing the number of victims whose bodies have arrived at hospitals due to building collapses caused by the recent storm to 17. It also reported the death of two-month-old Arkan Firas Musleh as a result of the extreme cold, bringing the death toll due to the cold and low pressure system to 3 cases.
