A martyr in an Israeli bombing that targeted a car in southern Lebanon

A Lebanese citizen was killed on Monday in an Israeli drone strike that targeted a car in southern Lebanon.

Lebanese media reported that an Israeli drone targeted a Hezbollah vehicle in southern Lebanon, killing a member of the group.

The report stated that the attack occurred on the highway near Sidon, where the car exploded after a drone fired two missiles at it.

Earlier, Lebanon’s official National News Agency reported that an Israeli drone targeted a car near Phoenicia University on the Zahrani-Tyre highway in southern Lebanon.

Also, Israeli forces demolished a house in the town of Aita al-Shaab in southern Lebanon early Monday morning. An Israeli drone also targeted the same town with three stun grenades that morning.

The Israeli occupation continues to launch attacks on Lebanon despite the ceasefire agreement reached in November 2014, following a war with Hezbollah that lasted more than a year. It also kept its forces on 5 strategic hills in southern Lebanon, even though the agreement stipulated its complete withdrawal.
