The Ministry of Health reveals the horrific toll of victims of the ongoing aggression against Gaza

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday new statistical updates reflecting the continued bloodshed of Palestinians under the weight of ongoing Israeli attacks, despite the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 11.

The ministry’s daily statistical report stated that two martyrs (one of whom was recovered from under the rubble) and two wounded individuals arrived at hospitals in the Strip during the past 24 hours. The ministry confirmed that ambulance and civil defense teams are still facing a significant shortage of access to an unknown number of victims who remain under the rubble and in the rugged terrain, due to the Israeli occupation’s obstruction of medical teams’ access and its direct targeting of rescue vehicles.

In shocking details that reflect the fragility of the supposed calm, the statistics revealed that since the ceasefire (since October 11), 649 Palestinians have been killed and 17,730 have been wounded, while teams have managed to recover the bodies of 756 martyrs who had been missing for some time.
