Images show the intensive flight of a squadron of Saudi military aircraft over oil areas in eastern Yemen

Oil areas in eastern Yemen witnessed an intensive military flight of Saudi aircraft on Saturday.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Images circulated by activists showed several helicopters, some Apache and others “Chinook” for military transport, flying over the skies of oil districts in the Hadramout Valley.

The aircrafts landed in the area of Ghayl Bin Yamin, which contains several oil fields, including the largest, Masila field, in the Hadramout governorate.

News conflicted about what the aircraft were carrying, ranging from news of the arrival of a high-ranking Saudi military delegation to others speaking of the landing of new Pakistani forces to secure oil sites there.

For months, Saudi Arabia has been implementing its factions, including Pakistani forces it summoned to Yemen in the east of the country, following its campaign against the Emirati factions led by the Transitional Council, which ended with their expulsion and final dissolution.

It is noteworthy that previous reports had spoken of Saudi arrangements to secure oil fields with Pakistani forces as part of a trend towards an agreement with Sana’a.

Saudi Arabia fears that these fields will be subjected to attacks, especially in light of threats from Emirati factions that reject any agreement related to resuming oil exports and attempt to restrict production to the UAE, which had taken over several oil sectors before the Saudi campaign.
