Third in hours… A Saudi ship targeted in Bab Al-Mandeb

Saudi Arabia suffered a new blow in the Red Sea on Wednesday, hours after two attacks in Hormuz.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Media outlets affiliated with Tareq Saleh reported that a Saudi oil tanker was subjected to a double attack by drone boats and missiles.

They did not provide further details about the attack or the fate of the ship.

The ship is the third to be attacked in recent hours, as the Saudi shipping company had acknowledged that two ships were hit in attacks in the Strait of Hormuz.

The company confirmed the death of two workers on the ship without revealing the fate of the rest and only spoke of continued communication with regional parties to secure the crew’s safety.

The ship is also one of several ships that the Yemeni forces had previously announced they had targeted in combined naval operations, and a number of them were damaged.

Yemen continues its operations to ban Saudi navigation since July 20.

The naval operation is part of a series of operations carried out by the Yemeni forces and spoken of by coalition factions, and their pace has escalated recently.
