Aggressive Saudi raids on several Yemeni governorates

Informed sources reported on Tuesday that Saudi warplanes continued to launch airstrikes on several Yemeni governorates, targeting residential areas and civilian objects.

The sources stated that “the Saudi coalition aviation launched a raid on the Al-Qubaytah district in Lahj governorate, southeast of Sana’a, while earlier today it targeted the governorates of Marib, Taiz, Al-Jawf, and Al-Bayda with a number of airstrikes.”

The Saudi raids included the Kattaf and Al-Baqa’ districts in Sa’ada governorate, northwest of Sana’a, while intensive drone flights continued in the airspace of those areas.

In a related context, the Ministry of Health in Sana’a reported that the death toll from the Saudi coalition aviation’s targeting of the Central Correctional Facility in Al-Jawf governorate has risen to 19 martyrs and 7 wounded, a new massacre added to the coalition’s record of violations against civilians.

These raids come hours after Sana’a forces announced the execution of a qualitative military operation targeting Aramco facilities in Jizan, Abha, and Najran, and King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait, with dozens of ballistic missiles and drones, in response to the ongoing Saudi escalation.
