Saudi Coalition Seeks to Make Fuel Crisis in Sana’a: YPC
The Yemeni Petroleum Company (YPC) in Sana’a said that the Saudi coalition seized on Thursday a diesel ship in a new and continuous violation of the declared armistice.
The company’s official spokesman Issam Al-Mutawakil added that the Saudi-led coalition seized the diesel ship “Seadoor”.
Al-Mutawakil pointed out that the coalition seeks, through its arbitrary practices in piracy and the detention of oil derivatives ships, to create a crisis in light of the armistice.
He pointed out that the detention of fuel ships by the Saudi coalition, despite their inspection and obtaining UN entry permits, aims to deepen the human suffering of the Yemeni people.
The company’s official spokesman held the coalition and the United Nations fully responsible for any supply bottleneck in oil derivatives.
