Yemeni tribes issue a warning to the coalition and express their readiness to decisively confront them
In the province of Sana’a on Thursday, the Sanhan tribes—one of the biggest tribes in Yemen—reiterated their call for a general mobilization to confront the Saudi-Emirati coalition, reiterating their full readiness to decide the battle and take their rights and sovereignty because the Yemeni people’s patience won’t continue.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
It said that it had the right to defend Yemen and was prepared to send its fighters to the fronts to drive out foreign enemies from Yemeni lands, according to a statement following an armed tribal assembly.
Warning against what it called ‘delaying the implementation of humanitarian obligations,’ in reference to the state of non-peace and non-war that Saudi Arabia is trying to prolong to gain some leverage, the tribe confirmed its support for the option of ‘liberating every inch of Yemen and driving out foreign occupation.
Earlier, Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the head of the Ansar Allah movement, issued a call for readiness for the next battle with the coalition, stating that the battle had not ended, and that Yemen was only currently experiencing a period of calm, which Mahdi al-Mashat considered would pave the way for Omani mediation to end the war and the siege on Yemen.
