Al-Atifi reaffirmed that Yemen will remain united and that national alternatives for Yemeni unity are not subject to maneuvering or bargaining. This came during his visit to his forces’ sites in Kresh, Al-Qabbaytah, Demnat Khadeer, and Mawiyah.
He pointed out that despite the fact that there are no natural or geographical barriers between the sons of Yemeni people, the coalition countries and those who support them are creating political barriers, seeking to tear apart Yemeni unity, and destroying the country’s social fabric.
With everything we have, we will maintain national decision-making sovereignty, freedom, dignity, and Yemeni unity, and we can only accomplish this with the departure of the occupiers,” he added.
“The truce will not last as long as you wish, and the Yemeni armed forces will move in a deliberate manner to restore balance to the region,” Al-Atifi told the coalition nations.
“And he further stated, ‘If the aggression countries desire peace, they will find it and will rest, but if they seek war, we will make it an open war.”
