The Economic High Committee: The statement of the ambassadors of the US, UK, and France revealed the insistence of the countries they represent to continue the economic war on Yemen
The statement of the US, UK, and French ambassadors was examined by the Economic High Committee. It reveals their persistence in opposing humanitarian demands and basic entitlements, such as the wages of Yemeni government employees, as well as the insistence of the nations they represent to continue the economic war against the Yemeni people.
The US, UK, and France continued to use fallacies and reversals of facts in their statements, according to the Committee, to cover up their hostile acts against the Yemeni people.
In a statement released today, the Committee reaffirmed that the US, UK, and France were and are the masterminds and driving forces behind the aggression and siege on Yemen, using the economy as a war card in a way that is no longer a secret to anyone.
It further stated that they were the ones who planned and authorized the relocation of Central Bank employment from Sana’a and the reduction of state employee pay, retiree pensions, and social security benefits. They are currently publicly working to thwart any efforts to pay salaries, branding the requests for payment as “extremist demands.”
The Committee emphasized that the deterioration of the humanitarian and economic situation in Yemen is nothing but a result of deliberate action by the aggression, and America, Britain, and France are the main instigators. According to UN reports, the largest humanitarian crisis in history has been caused by their use of the economy as a war card. In all the years prior to the decision to prevent the looting of wealth, the economic and human suffering in the occupied territories has been and continues to be the worst.
The Committee further confirmed that the decision to safeguard Yemen’s national resources was made to protect and preserve the rights of the Yemeni people and prevent the use of its revenues in the war. After they knew how the money was going to foreign banks to be used to fund mercenaries abroad and fund their war on the people, all Yemenis were pleased with the decision.
The Economic High Committee maintains that the payment of salaries, retirement benefits, and social security benefits is a right of the Yemeni people that can be covered by a significant share of the oil and gas revenues. The only complication lies in the desire of the US, UK, and France to deprive the Yemeni people of these revenues and utilize them against them.
