US Central Command: A Yemeni missile caused a flood inside an oil tanker

The US Navy admitted what appears to be a failure to implement the objectives for which they came to the Red Sea, aimed at protecting “Israeli” navigation.

Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The US Central Command stated in a statement that Yemeni forces launched an anti-ship ballistic missile early Saturday, targeting the oil tanker “MT Wind” in the Red Sea, confirming the tanker’s hit, which was flying the flag of Panama.

It clarified that the missile caused a flood inside the tanker, leading to the loss of propulsion and steering operation, while the Central Command did not mention any interception operations.

Yemeni forces have been carrying out naval operations for nearly seven months, providing support to the Palestinian resistance in Gaza, which has been facing aggression from the Israeli occupation entity since October 7. These operations have caused significant economic losses to the entity, while the US and British navies have been unable to prevent the continuation of these Yemeni operations.
