Satellites reveal intensive reconnaissance and early warning sorties in the skies of Saudi Arabia

The Saudi airspace witnessed an unprecedented flight of reconnaissance and early warning aircraft on Wednesday, coinciding with the anticipation of a potential Yemeni attack on strategic facilities.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

Air navigation tracking websites showed a significant number of helicopters, reconnaissance aircraft, and early warning aircraft flying intensively in Saudi airspace.

The flights are concentrated around industrial cities and oil facilities along the Red Sea.

American aircraft are participating in the operation.

This is the first time the region’s skies have witnessed such intensive flying since the start of the truce in Yemen years ago.

The timing of the flights indicates Saudi-American alertness for fear of possible operations by Yemeni forces targeting Saudi Arabia’s depths.

It is worth mentioning that during the years of the war led by Saudi Arabia, Yemeni forces managed to inflict significant damage on the Kingdom’s economic infrastructure by targeting its vital oil fields and strategic facilities.

Concerns are escalating now as Yemeni leaders have renewed their threats of greater attacks than before, with a focus on the facilities of Aramco, the Saudi economic giant.
