Decline in British-American ships’ movement in the Red Sea
Yemen confirmed on Thursday a decline in British-American navigations’ movement in the Red Sea.
This comes following escalating attacks and a decrease in Western battleships and vessels.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Brigadier Abdullah bin Amer, Deputy Director of the Moral Guidance Department in the Yemeni Armed Forces, reported in a tweet on his official social media page that there has been a significant decrease in the movement of ships associated with America and Britain.
This is the second time that the movement of American and British ships has declined since the targeting of the American aircraft carrier “USS Eisenhower” and forcing it to stay away from the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait.
The reasons for the retreat in crossing the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait by ships of countries that launched aggression against Yemen under the pretext of protecting navigation are not clear. However, its timing indicates a decline in reliance on foreign protection for ships associated with the Israeli occupation and its allies, if the recent announcement by the US forces about the refusal of the ship “Chaos Lion” to help is considered, despite it being targeted by an unmanned boat and beginning to leak.
It is worth mentioning that the Danish company Maersk, one of the largest shipping companies, anticipated in its latest statement the escalation of Yemeni attacks during the fourth quarter of this year, indicating the possibility of an increase in their pace.
According to Ansar Allah’s leader, the Yemeni forces targeted around 170 ships, some of which suffered significant damage, and many of them were sunk.
These developments and warnings come as Yemen prepares to enter the fifth phase of escalation, which may include new targets and weapons.
