Hezbollah: Zionist aggression on Yemen heralds a new phase of the battle
Hezbollah, the Lebanese party, stated in its first comment on the aggression by the Israeli occupation targeting the province of Hudaydah that what happened was a “signal for the beginning of a new phase” in the battle against the occupation.
Follow-ups – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The party affirmed in a statement its strong support for the Yemeni people in defending themselves, their sovereignty, and their heroic and historical stance alongside Palestine, its people, and its resistance.
Hezbollah sent a condolence message to the Yemeni people for the victims of the aggression, “the righteous martyrs who fell on the path to Jerusalem as a triumph for our oppressed Palestinian people and in support of their honorable and steadfast resistance.”
It stated that “the treacherous Zionist aggression on Yemen, with complete American protection and support, is a continuation of the American-British aggression on Yemen and the ongoing blockade that has continued for many years.”
The statement considered the operation a clear confirmation of the utmost importance of support fronts in the entire region and their great role in defending the Palestinian people.
It added, “We are fully confident that this aggression will not weaken this people and its leadership; rather, it will increase their strength, determination, and progress on this difficult, bloody path that will inevitably lead to the victory of the resistance.”
The party pointed out “We believe that the foolish step taken by the Zionist enemy is a signal for a new and dangerous phase of the confrontation, which is of great importance at the level of the entire region.”
It expressed the existence of “full confidence that the Yemeni leadership’s knowledge, courage, and power to take appropriate and necessary steps to deter this enemy and its regional and international allies.”
Meanwhile, the Arab National Conference condemned the Israeli aggression on Yemen, considering it “Zionist aggression against the entire nation.”
The conference called on what it described as the honorable people of the nation and the free people of the world to “victory for Yemen by all available means, just as the brave people in Yemen won for our people in Gaza.”
In the same context, the Islamic Jihad movement expressed its condemnation of “the criminal Zionist aggression against the Yemeni people, targeting civilian facilities and causing casualties and injuries,” expressing its strongest condemnation of the governments that allowed Zionist aggression planes to pass through their airspace to carry out their crime.
