Continuation of the evacuation operations of American battleships in the Red Sea

Yemeni forces continued its operations against American battleships in the Red Sea, coinciding with attempts to reposition themselves in anticipation of a Yemeni response to Israeli occupation.

Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:

The US forces confirmed that their battleships were subjected to new attacks in the last 24 hours.

The US Central Command stated in a press release that the recent attack was carried out with ballistic missiles and drones, claiming to have intercepted three missiles and two drones.

These new operations come a day after Yemeni forces confirmed in a statement that they were targeting the American destroyers Cole and Louben jointly, and the targeting took place in the Red Sea.

The escalation of Yemeni operations against American battleships followed America’s announcement of moving two destroyers to the coasts of Israeli occupation in the Red Sea from the Gulf of Oman in anticipation of a Yemeni response to the occupation.

The intensification of the attacks, according to experts, aims to deplete these battleships of their stock of defensive missiles that are launched intensively in an attempt to intercept missiles, drones, and unmanned boats as well.

Yemeni operations may prematurely end the missions of these battleships, paving the way for the anticipated attack on the Israeli occupation.

It is worth mentioning that the US had withdrawn its battleships, including the aircraft carriers “USS Eisenhower” and “Roosevelt,” in addition to several destroyers, landing ships, and other reconnaissance vessels from the Red Sea during the past months of confrontations with Yemeni forces, which have lasted for about 8 months. However, the battleships Louben and Cole were returned to the region following the expansion of the Israeli occupation’s aggression in the region, including the targeting of the port of Hudaydah.

The occupation and its allies are experiencing a state of anxiety in anticipation of a broad response from all fronts of the resistance.
