Al-Mashat: After 60 years of the October 14 Revolution, we confront new invaders until every inch of Yemeni land is liberated
The President of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, affirmed on Sunday that “Yemenis have made an irreversible decision not to accept guardianship or occupation of their land, no matter the cost,” indicating that they “will continue with the help of God until the liberation of the last inch of Yemeni territory,” referring to the southern areas under the control of the Saudi-Emirati coalition factions.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Al-Mashat stated in a speech on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the October 14 Revolution that this anniversary “reminds us of the greatness and courage of our Yemeni people who faced the British occupation, the largest empire on earth at that time,” adding that “Yemenis made with the October 14 revolution lessons of pride, dignity, courage, and freedom until the occupier retreated from our land never to return.”
He pointed out that “after 60 years of the October 14 Revolution, we confront new invaders by facing the aggression alliance led by America over a period of 10 years to thwart its colonial project,” referring to the Saudi-Emirati alliance.
The President of the Supreme Political Council pointed out that “today’s invaders are practicing the policy of yesterday’s invaders in spreading discord and using mercenaries and agents to facilitate control and occupation,” confirming that “history will not forgive those who stand with the invaders, and glory to all the free people confronting the invaders regardless of the sacrifices.”
Al-Mashat called on the Saudi regime to “end the aggression, lift the blockade completely, and implement humanitarian requirements,” addressing the Saudi regime by saying: “Prolonging the aggression is not in the interest of the region or serves peace, but it serves American interests.”
Mahdi al-Mashat reiterated what he considered his advice “to those involved in betraying the October 14 Revolution and its principles, from those biased towards the occupier, to return to the path of righteousness,” referring to the factions fighting alongside the Saudi-Emirati coalition.
