The American Fingerprint … Documentary film reveals the American role in the attempt to invade Hudaydah
The documentary “The American Fingerprint” aired on the Al-Masirah Channel on Monday revealed new details about the American role in leading the attempt to invade Hudaydah and the escalation against the main cities in Yemen since the rise of US President Donald Trump to power in 2017.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The film reviewed documents and testimonies that reveal that the US, during Trump’s first administration, raised the ceiling of participation in the aggression against Yemen and erased the dividing line between the logistical support role and direct participation, as the American leadership considered the seizure of the city of Hudaydah part of achieving US national security objectives.
According to the reports and documents presented in the film, the US intensified its intelligence operations in parallel with the aggression coalition announcement of a list of wanted Yemeni leaders, which was proven by the Yemeni Armed Forces’ downing of an MQ-9 drone in the sky of Sana’a Governorate in October 2017. The Pentagon acknowledged the fall of this plane but refused to reveal its mission in an area that is not the alleged counterterrorism operations zone.
The documentary showed that the US, despite giving the green light to the aggression alliance to start the battle of Hudaydah, doubted Saudi Arabia and the UAE’s ability to wage the battle without wide and direct American support. The US Central Command had drawn up a comprehensive plan to seize the city of Hudaydah and conducted military maneuvers and training on the implementation of amphibious operations, and deployed warships before and during the battle to support the operations.
The four-part film traces the details of the American role in the crime of assassinating the late President Saleh Al-Sammad before, during, and after the assassination, based on documents, reports, and testimonies from Washington and other capitals.
