Yemeni preemptive attack on the aircraft carrier “Truman”
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The Sana’a forces launched a preemptive attack on the American aircraft carrier “Truman” and the accompanying warships in the Red Sea.
The spokesman for the Sana’a forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said that their forces monitored hostile military movements in the Red Sea that were preparing to launch a large-scale air attack, following the Yemeni missile attack on an Israeli military base in the Negev.
Saree added that their forces carried out an operation with a number of cruise missiles and drones that targeted the American aircraft carrier “Harry Truman” and several warships, explaining that the targeting of the American aircraft carrier is the fourth within 72 hours.
According to the statement, Saree affirmed that “the American aggression will not deter Yemen from fulfilling its religious, moral, and humanitarian duties towards the Palestinian people.”
He also confirmed that their forces will escalate their military operations against the Israeli occupation unless the brutal aggression on Gaza stops and the siege on it is lifted.
