Yemeni targeting of American “F-35” fighter jets in their regional bases

International reactions continued on Saturday regarding the recent Yemeni operation in the occupied territories in Palestinian.

Arab and foreign experts extensively discussed the Yemeni target at the Nevatim base, known as the “Air Force Base” of the Israeli occupation in the Negev, about 15 miles from the capital Tel Aviv.

The most prominent comments were those that agreed that the Yemeni target this time was very valuable.

Among the commentators was the Lebanese expert Khaleel Nasrallah, who pointed out that the timing of the operation indicates that the target was American F-35 fighter jets that had arrived at the base earlier on Friday.

The Yemeni forces had announced, through their spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the bombing of the most important air base in the occupied territories, hours after the occupation military spokesman revealed the landing of a new batch of American F-35 fighters.

Although Yemen has been launching operations since November 2023, the timing of the latest operation, which was carried out with a hypersonic “Palestine 2” missile, indicates that the American fighter jets were the target.
