Ansar Allah Leader: The downing of the F-18 is a moral scandal for America, and the “Truman” carrier leaves in failure
The leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, affirmed in his weekly televised speech today, Thursday, that the operations against the Zionist entity are ongoing and extend to the depths of occupied Palestine, stressing that “the American enemy has failed to stop them” despite all its continuous attempts.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Regarding the maritime escalation, Al-Houthi explained that naval operations are ongoing and that there is “a complete closure to Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, Bab Al-Mandeb, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea,” emphasizing that “the Israeli enemy is in a state of despair about the possibility of restoring its maritime activity in the Red Sea.”
He pointed out that “the confrontation continues with the American naval vessels, especially aircraft carriers, which rely on tactics of escape and maneuver to avoid being targeted”, noting that the downing of the American “F-18” plane not only represents a material loss, but also reveals a state of great moral confusion in Washington. He added, “It has become clear that the aircraft carrier Truman will leave the region bearing the mark of failure in carrying out its missions.”
Al-Houthi also affirmed that “the United States is failing to achieve its aggressive goals,” saying, “It was unable to weaken our capabilities or end them, nor was it able to stop our operations or break the will and morale of our people, and this is the most important thing of all.”
He touched on the attempts to confront the American aircraft, explaining that there are “many interception operations during the aggression on Yemen, a large number of which are foiled,” noting that “the American is sometimes forced to carry out its operations from distant distances before penetrating Yemeni airspace.”
Regarding Britain’s participation in the aggression, Al-Houthi said that “the British is a subservient follower of America and an old and weak arm of the Zionist evil,” stressing that “Britain’s involvement in the attacks on Yemen will bring consequences on it.”
He also stressed that “the American crimes did not affect our capabilities or our leadership and did not change anything about the solidity of the position of our resisting people,” affirming that the fighting spirit and morale are still at their peak.
In a parallel context, Al-Houthi expressed his pride in the tribal stands in Yemen, describing them as “great and expressive of the faith of dignity,” indicating that “the Yemeni tribes are the backbone of society and have a glorious history in confronting invaders and tyrants.”
He also reiterated the stand of Ansar Allah alongside the Lebanese resistance in the event of any broad Israeli aggression on Lebanon.
On the other hand, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi commented on former US President Donald Trump’s demand that Egypt allow American ships to pass through the Suez Canal, saying, “The Americans are seeking to violate the sovereignty of the Suez Canal, which is a right for Egypt, and this step may pave the way for similar moves by Israel.”
In conclusion of his speech, Al-Houthi harshly criticized the Arab and Islamic silence in the face of the genocide crimes in the Gaza Strip, saying, “The Arab situation is disgraceful, where 57 countries cannot bring a loaf of bread or a can of milk into Gaza,” adding, “We must have a decisive collective stance to confront the Zionist project, for psychological defeat is the alternative if we remain in this manner,” affirming that “our nation possesses the elements of strength that can make it a leader among nations, not just averting danger from itself.”
