Between an “Israeli” airport and the downing of an “F-18,” the Yemeni forces announce targeting sites of the occupation and an American aircraft carrier
The Yemeni Armed Forces announced this evening the implementation of a series of qualitative military operations that included “Israeli” and American targets in a new escalation that includes multiple fronts.
Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesman for the Yemeni forces, said that they carried out an operation targeting the “Ramon” Israeli military airport in the Umm Al-Rashrash (Eilat) area using two drones, while “the UAV Air Force carried out another operation targeting a vital site of the Israeli enemy in the occupied Jaffa area using a “Jaffa” type drone.”
The Yemeni forces revealed that they carried out a qualitative operation against the American aircraft carrier “USS Harry S. Truman” and its accompanying warships in the northern Red Sea, explaining that the operation was carried out using a ballistic missile and a number of drones, causing confusion and panic among the American forces, according to the statement.
The statement reported that the operation resulted in the downing of an American F-18 fighter jet as it tried to respond to the targeting, and the aircraft carrier was forced to flee to the northernmost part of the Red Sea, stressing that this operation thwarted an American air attack that was being prepared against Yemen.
The announcement of these operations comes at a precise timing, as the armed forces carried out the operation targeting the American carrier before Washington’s announcement of the cessation of its aggression on Yemen yesterday evening, indicating that the Yemeni strikes are what forced the American side to reconsider its calculations and announce its withdrawal from supporting the “Israeli” occupation.
