Israeli occupation aircraft bombed a number of towers and residential complexes in Gaza City and its north on Saturday, causing widespread destruction. This coincided with an escalation in air and artillery bombardment by the Israeli occupation army in recent hours. Warplanes bombed a residential tower in the Al-Karama area, northwest of Gaza City, almost completely destroying it. This is the third tower to be targeted after another was bombed on Friday night.
Local sources reported that Israeli aircraft bombed a six-story residential building belonging to the Al-Rafati family on Al-Nafaq Street, east of Gaza City, completely destroying it. Simultaneously, Israeli warplanes destroyed a commercial complex belonging to the Ashour family in the Al-Saha area in central Gaza City, completely destroying it and causing injuries among passersby. According to the sources, the Israeli occupation army warned several homes and residential complexes in the area, located in central Gaza City, of future bombardment, amid the ongoing military operation and threats to expand Operation Gideon’s Chariots.
