Yemeni condition for de-escalation as American fears rise of increased military operations
Yemen reiterated, on Tuesday, its condition for de-escalation, in parallel with American fears of several naval operations.
Exclusive – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:
The advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Tahir Anaam, said that the Yemeni operations against the Israeli occupation will not stop until its aggression and siege on Gaza stop.
Anaam considered the Yemeni support a legitimate and religious duty, and it is not permissible to backtrack on it under any pretext.
The member of the Political Bureau of the Ansar Allah movement, Hizam Al-Asad, had confirmed that the danger will continue to target Ben Gurion Airport, the largest Israeli airport in Tel Aviv, and the port of Haifa.
Yemen had declared these ports as military targets, with the intensification of the occupation’s atrocities in Gaza recently.
Although Yemen has been carrying out operations against the Israeli occupation since November 2023 and has succeeded in imposing an air and naval blockade, the new announcement comes in light of the recent developments in the region, the most prominent of which is the agreement between Iran and Israel.
Despite the ceasefire agreement announced by the US President, Washington’s fears of Yemeni operations have escalated at a high rate.
The Washington Post newspaper expected the Yemeni operations in the Red Sea to intensify in the coming period.
